today kicked my ass
So week 2 of running, and today kicked my ass. This week the running increased to 2min then walk 1min repeat 7 times. At the end of the workout I was back to being a nasty exhausted wet mess of sweat. But I lost 3lbs last week with the new diet and exercise.

day 5 & 6 rolled into one because I am a lazy...
Yesterday was day 5 of the running program I am starting, and the final run/walk day of the week. In comparison to the first run/walk day, I did amazingly better.  Although I was sweaty, I was not a hot nasty mess of dripping sweat that looked like a heart attack was about to set in as I did on the first day. So today was an interesting day. Enjoying the diet I put myself on (healthy food only), and had some great classes today. Yup its day 3 back to running
So today was the run/walk day again. I must say I did better than I thought I was going to. I increased the speed of my running, but kept to running for one min 8 times, interrupted by walking for 1.5 min. Surprisingly didn’t sweat as much this time as I did on day one. Day 2 not so interesting
So today was no big deal, just 30 min of walking, wow. But what no one tells you is as you start building this up, you start sweating quicker than you normally would. I walk and I work out, but I have never sweated as much as I have the last two days. Tomorrow is a run day, so I am looking forward to that.  Today was the massive change of diet day also. First day is the hardest
So today was the first day of my training for running. It is a simple routine where you walk for 5 min to warm up. After the warm up you run for 1 min then walk for 1.5 min. repeat this 7 times, then walk for 5 min to cool down. Sounds simple right.
